CoArt Gallery Presents July’s Featured Artist Elizabeth Tuttle—Still Life in Egg Tempera.

“These paintings spring from my deep curiosity, need for new knowledge, and love for starting from scratch! Creating this collection of images provided another pleasure from the flowers in my garden and the eggs from my flock of backyard hens.

“As a representational artist, painting from observation for 40 years, two years ago, I began experimenting with abstraction to loosen up. Recently switching back to a more realistic style, I began working in the exacting medium of egg tempera.”
